2 Case Keenum Houston  He puts up big numbers in this Texas Tech-like offense.
3 Colt McCoy Texas  He gets his boy Shipley back for another freak run through the Big 12.
4 Taylor Potts Texas Tech  Ho humm...another year, another 4000 yard Tech QB.
5 Tim Tebow Florida  With Harvin gone he'll have to pick up slack...wants to prove his arm.
6 Zac Robinson Oklahoma St.  With Dez Bryant to throw to the sky is the limit.

13 Terrell Pryor Ohio St.  Meet Vince Young v.2.0 He will run through the Big 10.
14 Mitch Mustain USC  Seriously, with the talent around him how can he fail?
15 Tim Hiller W. Michigan  Ledbetter and Simmons are gone but they will reload.
16 Robert Griffin Baylor  This kid is too good to be at Baylor...another big number year.
17 Kellen Moore Boise St.  Boise St. goes undefeated and Moore will lead the way.
18 Bo Levi Mitchell SMU  June Jones will have this kid molded by this season.
19 Juice Williams Illinois  Huge one week, horrible the next...so goes the story of Juice.
20 Jimmy Clausen Notre Dame  He's surrounded with talent and has a cannon arm...time to shine.
